A: My pieces are laser cut from high-quality wood, slate, and other material and hand-finished with care. Each one is unique!

Q: Can I request a custom design?

Q: How long will my order take?
A: Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Custom pieces may take a little longer — I’ll keep you updated every step of the way!

Q: Do you ship outside the U.S.?
A: At this time, I ship within the U.S. only (but stay tuned — more options may come soon!).

Q: Can I pick up my order at a craft show?
A: Yes! If I’m at a local show, you can select local pickup and grab your order in person.

Q: What’s your return policy?
A: Because each item is handmade, I don’t accept returns — but if there’s an issue with your order, please contact me and I’ll make it right!
